P2V Scripts to Remove Stale Hardware

For the last couple of weeks I have been working on writing some post-configuration scripts for Virtual Machine created by the P2V process. As you might know stale or phantom hardware needs to be manually removed from the Virtual Machine. I’ve written a script to automate this and other manual post-configuration processes. The scripts use as combination of vbs/netsh/ and Microsoft CLI called DevCon – which is a command-line version of device manger
