Yes, I know this old news. I recieved this message shortly after VMWorld. It’s a disappointment because I was hoping to attended and had a free pass to go. I felt it was important to support the event especially as it was on my own “home” turf of London. Not that I would describe London as “home”. I’m from the North-East originally – so enough said! Last time my family went down to dat der London was on the Jarrow March. I’m joking. I’m there practically all the time with work, and my Mum and Dad are there on their endless coach trips to see the musicals…

Anyway I digress – it seemed the Congress was pulled through lack of subscribes, not sponsors or endorsers. I guess for many it came hard upon VMworld in Vegas, and after October – it won’t be too long before we are all back in Canne again for VMWorld Europe. Come on VMWare there are other European countries in the EU!
