Debunking VMFS myths…

Chad Sakac of virtualgeek.com which debunks some myths about VMFS and performance – and also has sneaky peak via a screen grab of the vSphere Client. I’d go along with Chad’s comments, in the main. But I still feel uncomfortable about extents – just call me the glass half-full guy – but I personally feel a one VMFS volume to one LUN approach is less risky. And I speak as one who has been using extents for a couple of years. Anyway, this aside I think Chad is great at debunking the “number of VMs per VMFS volume myths”…
