It’s a humours take on the vendor/client relationship. You know if as individuals we behaved like the customers of big business did – what would be like. I get this all the time – people trying to squeeze my daily rate because they haven’t enough margin in their own business…

    Mike, this video hits the nail on the head. We as trainers have to keep our rates the same across the board, otherwise, the vendors will always look for the cheapest source, and use them against us to get us to lower our rates. It’s a slippery slope. As soon as one trainer works for less than the others, it opens the door for the vendors to find even cheaper sources. Pretty soon, we’re working for MCT rates. : )
