		<description>Interesting point about apps not automatically using the new vCPUs when they&#039;re present Mike (and Jason) ... I just found reference to this in Microsoft&#039;s docs on SQL 2008 - it includes support for Hot Add but (quite sensibly, IMHO) requires you to instruct it to use the new CPU(s). So, it&#039;s not automatic, but doesn&#039;t require a reboot either. See: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb964703.aspx</description>
