A. When it shamelessly copies and pastes other work by other people – without any acknowledgement to the originator.

Now. I’m not talking about useful aggregation which scrapes the heading and first couple of lines – leaving you with a handy link to the original blogger. What I’m talking about here is someone who is so technically unskilled, un-opinionated – and able only to master the rudiments of cut & paste.
