A new blogger came on to my radar recently. Originally from Buffalo, NJ – Christopher Wells is based in Japan. He’s one of the few bloggers out there writing about virtualization, and writes in English, and gets his stuff translated into Japanese. My name is Christopher Wells. I am an IT professional with about 12 years of experience at all levels of information technology. I have been working with Linux for about 10 years, virtualization (specifically VMware) for about 7 and enterprise storage for about the past 3 years. Virtualization is my true calling. The purpose of this blog is to give an outsider’s view of virtualization and cloud computing from the perspective of someone living in Japan. I also intend to give Japanese IT professionals the tools to help them educate themselves in preparation for the cloud and hopefully learn quite a bit myself along the way…
