This week chinwaggie is Rick Vanover. He’s a Software Strategy Specilist at Veeam Software, and in a previous life worked as a Systems Engineer at Siemens Dematic.

Like many folks in the virtualization community he’s very active on his BLOG and on TWITTER.

Our discussions were very wide ranging – and we discussed Rick’s thoughts about Bring-Your-Own-PC (BYOPC) models, Legacy & Older software, Setting up his Hyper-V lab – and finally we discussed the rate of change and churn in VMware in terms of new software.
