Ken Cline is the grand-master-flash-melly-mel of VMware and was already an experienced VMware person before I even opened an account on the VMware Forums. Anyway, Ken is already outputting quality content on his blog. I mean real quality, with diagrams – the full monty. At this rate he will be putting me out of a job!
